Prychoda Communications is a boutique communications practice specializing in leadership, change and employee communications. We work with CEOs, business managers and communications and HR leads to develop and execute high-impact communications strategies for all types of organizational change.

Mary Ann Prychoda

President and founder

 

Mary Ann is an award-winning communicator with a passion for building trust in the workplace through strategic internal communications. She combines insights gained leading in-house internal communications teams with her more than 18 years as an independent employee communications consultant to provide clients with practical strategies that work.

Mary Ann's broad-based experience includes meeting the internal and change communications needs of large, medium and small enterprises. In addition to working across multiple sectors and industries from retail to health care, Mary Ann has extensive experience in financial services. She has helped leaders at major Canadian banks, insurers, and mutual fund companies successfully implement new business strategies, organizational changes and IT and HR initiatives.

A member of the International Association of Business Communicators Toronto Chapter and Toastmasters International, Mary Ann is also active in her community, volunteering her time to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of those in need.
